Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

What a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed our time in Madrid and felt right at home at Maria Eugenia’s place. It was a great, open space and very comfortable! I would recommend to all! Judith and Tamara were excellent hosts. My flight was delayed and my significant other arrived before me. Tamara met her and helped her get settled in. I understand everything went very smoothly. The unit was as described. it was very clean. The Alcobendas neighborhood was very quiet. It is a ways from downtown Madrid so to do anything downtown requires a drive or an Uber. We chose this area partly because we needed to leave town frequently to travel to another nearby town where my daughter had been living. This was a good compromise. Yhere is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vin’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. Great central location. Super terrace. Cozy, charming and clean. Quite a few stairs so not ideal for people who struggle with that. But great for those who don’t mind a walkup.

Great location, and an authentic Madrid experience. Close to Atocha for travel, Retiro Park and El Prado within easy walking distance, a market across the street, and a comfortable place to sleep.

Very cool place, decorated with personality. It was ideal for a long weekend with my friends, we had a very good time!

The house is pretty and comfortable. The wonderful experience of watching the sky from the bed and the rooftop terrace are also nice. I received the best award from Airbnb. The host couple are also very kind and wonderful people.

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

Everything was perfect. Nieves and Bruno made us feel like we were in our own home. They gave us all the facilities and more, both at check-in and check-out. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, clean, tidy, with exquisite decoration and in a quiet neighborhood, it has everything. We can't be more grateful!

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

Super cute terrace was a highlight of the apartment for sure. Overall was a lovely place and central/walkable to many things!

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Very convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight his attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful residential complex, with a doorman both late at night when we arrived, and early in the morning, when we left; the apartment is suitable for four people, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Just outside the residential complex is the bus stop number 20 that takes you to the center (Plaza del Sol); and 350 m away, there is the metro stop (Conde de Casal) to get to any part of Madrid. Francisco was very helpful and attentive to our requests and, among other things, speaks Italian well.

This apartment is as described . Very clean and accessible for the metro . Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone

Vincente is wonderful! His flat is safe and cozy with tons of space and everything you could need. The patio was so peaceful to enjoy coffee in the morning. The location is walkable to many things including the metro. One of the few flats with AC- yay!

Carlos was wery respossive, fullfiled our requests, you could relay on him, apartmanet is full of little things you need for everyday

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
