Comfortable bright apartment 3*** DTV, (80m²) in the attic with patio and barbecue. Located directly on the Kyll and forest edge without transit traffic. The apartment is directly accessible from the outside via the stairwell, has a parking space, storage for bicycles or motorcycles. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

The fully equipped holiday apartment Haus Kiewisch (just please be aware there is no TV, but wifi) welcomes you in the small village of Seffern, next to the forest. You can start your walk or hike directly at the apartment, there are several trails. The bus stop (Seffern Ort) is located less than a 5 minutes walk. Only a 10-20 minutes drive to our small towns in the South Eifel: Bitburg, Prüm and Kyllburg.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course in the midst of beautiful nature.
