K dispozici 2 ložnice a rozkládací sedací souprava v obývacím pokoji. Bazén a sauna za příplatek k dispozici celoročně. Bazén je vyhříván na 28 stupňů, od prosince do března včetně pouze na 20st.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
