Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus mit einer ruhigen und sehr privaten Umgebung. Der Pool war spitze. Das Haus war modern und neu eingerichtet. Genauso wie es auf den Bildern beschrieben war. Wir möchten alle gerne nächstes Jahr wieder hierhin.

Mein Partner und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Wir kommen aus der Stadt, daher war es wunderbar die Stille und Ruhe von diesem Ort zu genießen. Die Umgebung ist malerisch schön und die Unterkunft selbst hatte alles was wir brauchten. Ausgehend von Sveti Martin dauert es ca eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto zum Meer mit schönen Buchten und türkis-blauem Wasser. Wir waren viel unterwegs, sind viel geschnorchelt und konnten die Unterkunft als erholsamen Rückzugsort wunderbar nutzen. Wir können den Ort für alle weiterempfehlen, die gerne in der Natur sind und abseits dem Trubel entlang der Küste auftanken wollen. :)

This is an incredible awesome place located on a bluff with an incredible view towards the historic old city. It is spectacular to sit on the large balcony and soak in the gorgeous area which also includes Rabic. The location is fabulous! You can walk 10 minutes from the location to the historic old city and a great 2 mile walk to get to the amazing ocean in Rabic. The host and his family are very hospitable people. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The apartment is just fantastic. As I told my friends, I think I’m close to heaven in this place.

Ich habe mehrmals angesetzt, um unserem Aufenthalt bei Davor gerecht zu werden. Man muss mit Superlativen immer vorsichtig sein, aber in diesem Fall wäre alles andere nicht fair. Davor und sein wunderbarer Vater Vlado sind zwei der herzenswärmsten Menschen, die wir je treffen durften. Vom ersten Augenblick an ist klar, dass die Gäste hier die Könige, nein die KAISER sind. "Unterkunft" ist für die Villa Bianca absolut untertrieben. Es ist ein ANWESEN, das seinesgleichen sucht. Hier herrschen absoluter Frieden und Ruhe in einer nur als luxuriös zu bezeichnenden Umgebung. Dabei ist man in höchstens 40 Minuten an jeder Küste Istriens, kehrt jedoch abends nach der Quirligkeit der strandnahen Orte wieder ins friedliche "Paradies" in Lindar zurück. Und hier darf die in 2 Gehminuten entfernte Pizzeria La Rotonda keinesfalls unerwähnt bleiben - sie ist der reine Glücksfall! Fazit: Jeder, der bei Davor und seiner Familie zu Gast ist, hat den Sechser im Lotto gezogen!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5
