The spacious apartment (90m2) is located on the ground floor of a family house in a very quiet street 10 min. walk away from the first beach. It is surrounded by a large garden with lots of greenery, Mediterranean plants and tall pine trees that provide a pleasant shade during the summer heat. The most prominent part of this apartment is a large terrace on two levels (20m2+20m2), which is a place to stay and enjoy the sea view, sunsets, greenery and chirping of birds from nearby trees at any time of the day.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a gas stove, dishes, and cutlery. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning. Pets are welcome. Tourist tax per person is €1.50/day.
