A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Le Vert Paysage (adults-only)

THE JACUZZI IS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside this period, the jacuzzi is winterized and cannot be used, even upon request. Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a cottage combining charm and modernity, located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, close to the town of Malmedy. The love nest is our haven in the countryside. Small contemporary wooden house, with a large stone fireplace, it offers a beautiful double room and a smaller adjoining room separated from the living room by a curtain. Fully heated by a wood stove and open fire, it offers a warm and charming atmosphere. A south-facing terrace, partly covered (Belgium requires) decorates everything.
