A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

For nature lovers, you are close to the Hautes Fagnes plateau, the Hoëgne and Warche valleys, the Coo and Bayehon waterfalls. For cycling enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the Liège–Bastogne–Liège circuit😀. For motorsport enthusiasts, you are close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (2 km).

We stayed in a recording studio. The room is therefore treated acoustically, which will guarantee you absolute calm and complete darkness for a good night's sleep. Studio with kitchenette, Netflix TV and private terrace. Ligneuville is surrounded by magnificent landscapes. Our studio has a separate entrance. We are close to Malmedy, Stavelot, the Hautes Fagnes, Lake Robertville, Lake Butgenbach and the Francorchamps circuit.

Farfadet – Le Logis

Rural cottage for 4 people (no more!) on the edge of the Hautes Fagnes. This part of the house was renovated in 2022 keeping the typical spirit of the Fagnard houses. This vacation home respects the authentic spirit of the Farfadet and offers stylish decor and a warm atmosphere. It offers a high level of comfort. It consists of 2 bedrooms with TV and private bathroom. It has an equipped kitchen, terrace and large garden.

Hello Dear Guests We offer a comfortable apartment, completely renovated, modern, very well equipped, located in the countryside with many possibilities for bucolic walks. We occupy an independent and isolated extension of the house, allowing you to feel alone and at home. You'll have access to a fully independent, self-contained, and equipped space just for you.
