The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km from Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or cycle along the sea. Welcome to our place in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area with the sea around the corner. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the small boat harbor with cozy cafes, ice cream, and restaurants is a stone's throw away. In the guest house there is everything you need for a your stay, a 32 inch TV with chromecast, fast wifi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect city for cycling, and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.
