Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated house on Barsebäck's golf course. The location is perfect for golfing as you live on the course and have many other golf courses nearby. If you want to hike is the Järavallen hiking area right next door or if you want to go to the sea, it is also within walking distance. Barsebäck beach bath is only a little bit away. If you want to play paddle, billiards or swim in the pool, there are in the area. The closeness to excursions in Skåne is many. A perfect place for those who also want experiences!

You enter the apartment on 2nd floor into an open space floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV/Internet, WC/shower, washing/dryer machine. The bedroom is on the top floor with a king-size bed and a comfortable chair for relaxation. Big terraces on booth floors.

The Lindholm Garden House

The main house was built in 1935 in the funkis style, a modernistic architecture and interior decoration style and still has a lot of its original charm. The garden house is situated in a shared garden with us but we live in a separate house. The area Arlöv/Burlöv is quiet and peaceful, but still very close to both Malmö and Lund. You can take both bus and train to Malmö and Lund in less than 10 minutes or a direct train to Copenhagen in less than 30 min.

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)

In addition, you will be able to use an indoor pool as well as a hot tub , a gym and a large terrace. There is also a gazebo with a fire pit.
