Unsere Wohnung (65 qm) mit Garten liegt ruhig im alten Ortskern von Kandern. Die Ausstattung ist in angenehmem, unaufdringlichen Stil gehalten. In 5 min Fussnähe bist du im Zentrum mit Kino Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und natürlich einer Eisdiele. Sogar das Schwimmbad, aber auch Wanderwege sind durch einen "Schleichweg" in in ca 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Nähe zur Schweiz & in den Schwarzwald bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu tollen Erlebnissen und Entspannung ist hier garantiert.

Erholungsort für Naturliebhaber mitten im Biospährenreservat Südschwarzwald liegt Schweigmatt. Über dem Wolkenmeer der Rheinebene steht unser schönes Waldhaus. Starte deine Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür am Westweg, oder Mountainbiketour durch den Schwarzwald. Fahre mit der S-Bahn (8 min mit dem Auto .) in 30min. Nach Basel, Frankreich ist 45 Minuten entfernt, Freiburg eine Stunde. Feldberg 45 Minuten. Schwimmbad Schweigmatt ist ein Vereinsbad. Man kann für 20 Euro für 4 mal erwerben.

The village of "Demberg," which is characterized by agriculture and forestry, is a district of Wies and belongs to the municipality of Kleines Wiesental. My renovated farmhouse is located at an altitude of 600 meters in a high valley of the southwestern Black Forest. On the ground floor, I offer an apartment of about 55 square meters. The upper floor is also rented out. Noise possible. In the village shop 1 km away, you can stock up on local products but also on the necessary things.

Our house with amazing views is located in the wine village of Betberg. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed offers 2 more sleeping places. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet. The washing machine is in the basement. The parking lot is at the house, in the carport there is space for bicycles. A barbecue and fire bowl are provided. Excursions include: Black Forest, Basel, Colmar, Europapark Rust
