Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Das Appartement liegt 2 Minuten von der berühmten Lichtenthaler Allee . Bushaltestelle 1 Minute . Fußläufig Innenstadt 12 Min. Es befindet sich im 2 OG im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, sehr ruhig gelegen Blick ins Grüne mit Balkon ,Parkettboden , High Speed Internet, Bluetooth Lautsprecher . Tiere sind nicht gestattet Reinigungsgebühren von € 40.- sind im Appartement zu bezahlen ! Es ist eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von € 4,50 beim Check - In pP p Tag zu bezahlen.Melde Formular muss ausgefüllt werden.

Gerne würde ich Euch in meiner stylischen und hellen Ferinwohnung im 1.OG, in die ich viel Herzblut gesteckt habe, begrüßen. Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch und ein Gästebett im Wohnzimmer. 1 großes Bad - Dusche +Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Bitte beachten : keine Küche . Küche befindet sich aktuell in Bau. Kaffee+Tee ist gratis. Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle ,Kaffee- Wasserkocher , 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

There is also a fold-out sofa in the living room. Modern new kitchen with all cooking utensils. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. And a separate guest toilet. All furniture in the apartment is new. One parking space 506 is free for guests. Free coffee and tea in the kitchen :) Enjoy your stay in our city!

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.
