House holiday rentals in Maltatal

We stayed in the house for 3 nights with a group of 9 people. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful pool with great views, sauna relatively new and very well maintained. The staff were super friendly at check-in. Minor defects from the previous tenants were fixed on the day of arrival. The associated restaurant is also highly recommended. The house was equipped with everything you needed.

Was a nice and clean apartment, unfortunately the wifi didn't work on the first night. Otherwise, everything was more than ok

We were warmly welcomed by Grete and spent a few wonderfully relaxing days in the cottage. The quiet location and the pool with great views are a dream. There are many opportunities for beautiful hikes. The adjacent restaurant is good, but the kitchen in the accommodation is also very well equipped, so we were also able to cook well ourselves. We felt very comfortable!

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation, quiet location. I'd love to come back.

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanted cottage has surpassed everything. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended at this point, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. Those who seek peace and comfort will find both. It was fantastic house. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly, kind lady and she often took care of me. We can enjoy the beauty lake very easily. The supermarket is also very near to the house. I stayed 9days, but there was no inconvenience. Thank you so much to wonderful location.

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is with just a short walk of the town centre, with plenty of nice restaurants, supermarket and bakery near by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a family holiday. The outdoor seating area is a lovely place to relax and there are beautiful views of the mountains. There was even a great selection of toys which our little boy loved playing with.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Delightful accommodation that exceeded our expectations, Vanessa was very accommodating and always helped with everything right away. Perfect mountain views, all perfectly prepared. The house was very cold at first, but after contacting the host, who responded immediately and adjusted the temperature was perfect. Thank you. ❤️

Staying with Nina and her family was a dream: a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting with super friendly hosts. Simply great! The apartment is very nicely furnished, with a lot of passion and ideas - you can tell that someone has really put a lot of effort into it. A tiny tip: take a warm sweater with you - the thick, old walls keep the cold out quite well in summer. The apartment is a nice starting point for all kinds of activities, we were very impressed by the waterfall. Nina and her husband welcomed us very kindly and really took care of us: Thank you!!

We stayed at Silvios Lodge for 3 nights at the Pyramidenkogel and were thrilled from the first moment. The location is fantastic, with views of the lake and juicy green nature as far as the eye can see. The rooms are very cozy and stylishly decorated and were very clean. There is everything you need in the apartments. The terrace is cozy with two loungers and behind the lodge you have your own beautiful well-kept meadow. A short hike of about 30 minutes up to the lookout tower at the Pyramidenkogel is highly recommended! Silvio was very personable, helpful and always easily accessible. The location was perfect as you were in Velden in 18 minutes and about 22 minutes in Klagenfurt to do something. A "secret tip" is Gerti's Strandbad in Keutschach, which is 3 minutes from the property by car. We will definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

This is an older house, but it is very well maintained, which preserves its pristine originality. The location is very peaceful, and the house is well-equipped. The description of the place is accurate. We were on a skiing holiday and had a great time.

The villa is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything related to the villa was perfect, from the parking space for four cars to the spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The living room with the fireplace and kitchen added to the overall enjoyment. The terrace and garden with a barbecue are a special highlight, where we spent most of our time, enjoying the stunning view. We would definitely return again.

Great place to stay for our 3-generation stay. Everything very convenient and very nice. Great equipment and high quality. Host was super friendly and helpful. We particularly noticed the high-quality kitchen equipment, the great beds, the terrace with the fantastic view , the good parking and the tranquility. Also for our two dogs it was a perfect place for the week. If we have to find something negative, the vacuum cleaner looked spacy, but didn't vacuum well🙄.

The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. The house itself is spacious, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel at home. Norbert was a great host: helpful, friendly and always responded quickly.
