The 70 m², self-contained apartment is on the 1st floor of a modernized former farmhouse with panoramic views in a quiet secluded location and yet close to the town center. Parking is right at the entrance. The house is a bit light-sounding, especially footstep noise is audible. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen-living room and a 20 m², well-insulated conservatory. It is ideal for a retreat or as base for exploring the Black Forest and Alsace.

Our apartment is located in Emmendingen – in the middle of the Freiburg region in the southern Black Forest. Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished. In addition to the spacious kitchen and a cozy living room, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.

Riegel am Kaiserstuhl is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Kaiserstuhl (right outside the front door), Europa Park (15 min.)Freiburg (15 min.), Alsace (15 min.) or Switzerland (45 min.). With access to the A5, train station and the Kaiserstuhlbahn, the many excursion destinations are very easy to reach. If you have any questions and tips on racing bike routes, mountain bike trails, excursions with children, we are always at your disposal!
