Peaceful Normandy nest

Appartement lumineux, calme et soigneusement aménagé avec vue sur le jardin. Situé dans un village à 7 km de Caen, il constitue un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région. Vous profiterez d'une entrée indépendante, d'un logement confortable et d'une petite terrasse. La cour est partagée avec notre maison. Notre adorable chienne vit sur la propriété mais vous ne devriez pas la croiser. Une piscine est installée l'été, mais n'est pas accessible aux voyageurs pour des raisons de sécurité.

You will stay in a restored Caen stone farmhouse dating from 1861, in a peaceful and green environment where you can relax and visit Normandy's internationally renowned historical sites. The D-Day beaches, Caen, Bayeux, the Côte Fleurie, Honfleur, Etretat, Rouen, Giverny, Mont Saint Michel, and St Malo.

Duplex lumineux avec terrasse et jardin privatif dans un cadre verdoyant et calme, exposé au sud. Logement entièrement équipé : draps, serviettes de bains, torchons, papier toilette, savon et liquide vaisselle. Au rdc, petit salon sur cuisine ouverte, salle de bains et toilette séparée. A l'étage, grande chambre équipée d'un lit de 160 avec un petit coin bureau. Possibilité d'ajouter un lit bébé. Terrasse avec salon de jardin, relax et hamac équipée d'un barbecue (charbon fourni).

Rez de chaussée, salle à manger accueille jusqu a 10 pers, et ouvre sur bel espace salon, 2 canapés, télé, jolie cheminée ; cuisine très fonctionnelle (four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle). Pièce avec douche et WC. Étage : 4 chambres : 3 av. lit double (dont 1 grande),1 avec 2 lits simples, 1 lit simple sur le pallier. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche WC séparés.

Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. On the activity side: a pool table, board games, petanque court, bike, proximity to animals. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.
