Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Sunnseitn Deluxe II with Pool

The completely new renovated and lovely furnished apartment for 2-4 persons is located in Krumpendorf am Wörthersee on a sunny, quiet hillside location. Enjoy the fantastic view of the greenery, the Karawanks and Lake Wörthersee directly from the spacious balcony and let your soul unwind. From April to October you can relax while sunbathing on the spacious garden terrace in the heated swimming pool. Or you can use the included swimming entry to the Parkbad.

After sweating in the infrared cabin, enjoy the sun on the terrace, read a good book in the sun window, watch a good movie on the couch and simply enjoy the time with family & friends! In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous opportunities to engage in sports. Skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, cycling, hiking, swimming, etc.

This small cottage is the ideal vacation destination for couples, friends or families looking for a break in the middle of nature. The house sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has direct access to the lake. Ideal for nature lovers looking for relaxation in or on the water (with their own pedal boat). Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, fire bowl, dining table and outdoor lounge - it leaves nothing to be desired.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. In the immediate vicinity is the Alps Adria University of Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, Lake Wörthersee. Mobility is possible in many ways. The bike path passes by the apartment. There are restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy within easy walking distance. The apartment has just been restored and prepared with a lot of love. It's waiting for you!

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Unterkircher Chalet

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Designer Riverfront Cottage

Enjoy the serenity of nature in our unique tiny home, just 20’ from Bled. Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
