Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Screened and peaceful cabin with a central location (about 30 minutes from Trondheim city center). Cozy outdoor area with proximity to hiking terrain. 10 minutes quiet walk you take up to several fishing/bathing waters. The cabin is from 1937, the standard is characterized by this, but it is part of the charm. Electricity, no running water inside, must bring your own. In other words, it's perfectly fine to be 8 adults, or 4-6 adults with more children here. In the basement, the gym of 24 sqm can also be used if desired. The house is 20 min away from Værnes airport and 10 min walk away from large swimming area.

Central location in Malvik. 20min by car to Trondheim and Værnes/Stjørdal. There are bus stops a few minutes away, where there are buses both north and south. From the residence it is walking distance to a small shopping mall, hiking areas and several playgrounds. A small drive away from the village, there are also two nearby local center, with several shops. Both in Trondheim and Stjørdal, there are restaurants, sights, water park, climbing park, nice parks, city centers, shopping and nightlife.

The property also has a laundry room and double garage as well.

Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Malvik, Hundhamaren, Trondheim

Spacious basement apartment with 3 bedrooms between Stjørdal/Værnes and Trondheim (15 min to the city center, 30 min to the airport). Free parking, fiber WiFi, office desk, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Heating cables in the bathroom, hallway and two bedrooms. Walking distance to the store. Host lives in a separate apartment in the same house and is happy to help if needed.

The pedestal apartment is rented. 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, a neighboring room can be used for a bedroom with a mattress. TV with altibox, wifi, parking for 2 cars. Spacious bathroom. Bed clothes and towels incl. All equipment for cooking, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc etc. Don't expect 2025 standard but it is clean and organized.

Home in Malvik

Here you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is nicely located in a quiet residential area. There is room for 3 cars outside with access to an electric car charger. Inside you have all the equipment you need for both big and small. By car you can get to Trondheim in 15 min, the bus stops 2 min walk from the house.

Very cozy studio

Very cozy and small apartment. New in 2022 and very high standard. 1 min from train and bus station and 10 min from Trondheim (Værnes) AirPort or 20 min to Trondheim Central Station. 5 min walk to city beach and trails with amazing view of the fjord. We have 2 frenchies and hens walking around in our garden filled with dahlias and cherry trees.
