This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After a 5 minute walk through the forest you will hit the Kjerkstien/pilgrim trail and can hike along it inland in the field or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Studio with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30sqm. 2-4 beds: 120cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on the floor(90cm) if needed. Please remember your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to hire bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash the kitchenware so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7km away.

Here you live close to forests and hiking trails, but at the same time only 15 minutes from Trondheim and 20 minutes from Stjørdal. The cabin is located in a peaceful area, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy nature. There is plenty of space for parking (up to four cars), and the cabin offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere - perfect for couples, friends or families who want a quiet stay with a short distance to both town and nature.

There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Our apartment (approx 30 m2) have a combined well equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fast internet connection and two good quality single beds. The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.

Vårt koselige anneks på ca 70 kvm har flott utsikt, og ligger bare noen få steinkast unna stranda, bademuligheter og start på Ladestien. Uteplass på begge sider av huset. Leiligheten har to soverom og en stue, og egner seg bra for både alene-reisende, par, familier og forretningsreisende.

Grønberg Gård, great apartment 20 min from Trheim.

Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.
