Zuganbindung 4km Entfernung im Nachbarort und dann in 15min in München. Wohnung liegt ruhig mit kleinem Außenbereich. Sie hat eine Wohnküche mit Schlaf-Sofa und ein Schlafzimmer (1,40m Bett). Bad mit Dusche. Fenster in jedem Zimmer. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.
