Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Open attic apartment near Munich with direct S-Bahn connection (5-minute walk) to Munich's city center. The highway can be reached in ten minutes. The apartment is located in a private detached house. Parking available. In the apartment there is a double bed, as well as two single mattresses that can be placed on the floor. The apartment does not have a washing machine and is therefore not suitable for long-term stays.

Our accommodation is located near Lake Ammer in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in Ampermoos. Public transport to Munich takes half an hour. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with large garden. Our place is good for singles, couples, and families with children.
