The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

Cozy studio (with balcony) in a central location (20 m²) with ideal connections to the ski resorts: 10 minutes by bus to Sölden, 15 minutes to Ötz and 25 minutes to Gurgl. Access to the cross-country ski trail is possible directly from the house. In summer, you can cycle, bike and climb. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. Pets are ONLY PERMITTED BY REQUEST and are welcome!

Sölden Apartment Stefan

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
