The independent and autonomous house is just 300 meters from the sea. Located in a hilly position, it overlooks a breathtaking view of the sea both from the room, the living room and the large terrace. It is conveniently located and allows you to walk to all the necessary distances: supermarket, bar, pastry shop, beaches, pharmacy, train station. The rooms are equipped with everything you need: sheets, towels. You can park in front of the house without any problem.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

If you have friends, other houses could be rented in the same fenced area, to increase the number of guests.
