Simple and clean with spacious rooms! Well worth it

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and it was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool and hot tub and the gardens were stunning! Additionally our hosts messaged us with lots of ideas throughout our stay. Highly recommend and definitely plan on returning!!

Everything went well with our stay. Candis was responsive when we had questions and helpful when we needed help with one of the doors. The hot tub was nice and it was hot when we arrived which was nice. Overall a great stay 🙂

We stayed at Diego’s villa (upper level) for 2 nights in order to be in walkable distance to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert. It was the perfect location for the show! We loved the layout, furnishings, and outdoor patio and balconies at the vila. Everything was clean and the villa felt peaceful. The villa was located at the end of the cul de sac and felt very private. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Bobby’s place was the perfect stay for a wedding we were attending in Calabasas. The house accommodated everyone in my family and Bobby was super responsive. Would stay again if we ever get the opportunity.

Chaz is extremely nice! His place was everything we expected. Not only did he allow us to rent his property but connected us with vendors for (tents, tables, chairs, valet parking, etc.). They were also extremely nice and very helpful. If you are looking for a place to host an event, this is the place. We give him more than a 5 star. Thank you Chaz!!!!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

Passei dias maravilhosos em Venice nessa estadia. A casa de Nicholus é impecavel. Super limpa, extremamente confortável e de muito bom gosto. A localização é perfeita. De frente para o canal, um lugar lindo que transmite muita paz e tranquilidade. Todos os anos passo 1 semana em Venice e sem dúvida essa foi a melhor estadia de todas!! Super recomendo. We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

Unreal! A completely surreal, beautiful villa in a totally unbelievable spot. This is the kind of place you think of when you imagine a Hollywood Villa in the hills, but it is literally steps from the Magic Castle and the Hollywood Bowl. Everything was easy and perfect!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

I have to say Shawn was one of the best host I have ever dealt with. He was so friendly he responded on time. I didn’t feel like I was being watched or violated. I mean, if I could give Shawn 10 stars I would. He really made us feel so comfortable and at home. The house so beautiful and really clean!!!!
