Frederico ist sehr freundlich und proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hinweise und die Möglichkeit eine Tour zu machen waren sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr modern eingerichtet. Ein schönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, schiebe Tür zum BAD, ein großer Wohnbereich mit Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Fernseher, Esstisch und Doppelbett. Das BAD und die Wohnung waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, es fehlte an nichts. Die Anlage war Privat, das Fahrzeug konnten wir auf dem Abgeschlossenen Gelände Parken, der Pool wurde in unserer Zeit gereinigt. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden, eine Dusche für nach dem Baden war auch vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Sirmione, werden wir Frederico gerne wieder ansprechen. Vielen Dank nochmal

Stunning property, furnished to the highest possible quality. The photographs probably do not do it justice. Plenty of space and storage within and all the equipment you would need for your stay, be it short or long. Manu has covered the smallest details and we found so many little touches and surprises over the course of our stay (the last one was a very welcome surprise after a long day trip to Venice the day prior 😉). Manu was very helpful and obliging from the moment we placed our booking.

Das Appartement im 4. Stock, über einige Treppen zu erreichen, besticht durch seine großartige Aussicht über den See. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist am Anfang recht schmal. Dies war für uns aber kein Problem, und Mario hatte ja auch darauf hingewiesen. Mario ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und war sehr flexibel hinsichtlich der Check-in-Zeiten. Da es in unserer Urlaubszeit sehr warm war, haben wir die moderne Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren absolut begeistert wie schnell und hilfsbereit Elisa uns bei unseren Anliegen weitergeholfen hat.

War alles super. Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern. War auch alles sauber und hat so gepasst. Der Gastgeber war echt sehr nett und hatte einige gute Tipps. Er hatte uns sogar extra eine Bar zum Fußball schauen rausgesucht und für uns dort reserviert.

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

Stefania war super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Ausstattung komfortabel. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber Stefania hatte für jeden Ohrstöpsel hingelegt, total entzückend wie auch viele andere Details in der Wohnung Wir kommen wieder!!

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal die Ruhe im Lemonhouse genossen und uns wieder von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon, der Pool und der Ausblick sind einfach toll😊

Salo ist wunderschön und das Haus liegt direkt am See. Von der Wohnung ist man zu Fuß schnell an der Fähre und in der schönen Altstadt. Durch die gute Anbindung zur Straße und hellhörigen Wände hört man tagsüber ein wenig den Verkehr. Aber ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen! Laura & Olga sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Danke für die schönen Tage in Eurer Wohnung.

We had a lovely week at Dama Del Lago. Jacopo was very welcoming and told us everything we needed to know showing us around the lovely appartment. We immediately felt at home and relaxed. the appartments are located in a beautiful location with wonderful views all round. the pool is amazing and what a wonderful view from it. The area is peaceful and quiet with excellent hikes at the doorstep. One thing to consider is hiring a car..taxis can be a little expensive and the appartments are up a considerable hill so walking all the time may be hard work especially with shopping. We got by with the taxis as it isn't too far into Bardolino or Garda. Overall wonderful experience at Lake Garda...the scenery is amazing, food and hospitality is fantastic and a very relaxing first time in Italy. Thank you to Jackopo and family for the wonderful accommodation and great hosting which help made our first AirBnB and first trip to Italy a great experience. look forward to returning

We loved our stay at Giuseppe’s airbnb! The location of the apartment was perfect, everything within walking distance. Salo is a lovely town and we really enjoyed swimming at and exploring lake Garda. The apartment is spacious, pretty, clean, and stylish. Me and my girlfriend would definitely visit again :)

A very hospitable and welcoming family. A beautiful house with a clean, large pool for private use and nice garden. An incredible view from the terrace – we spent a lot of time there, enjoying the view of the town Castelletto and the wonderful Lake Garda! The same breathtaking view can be seen from the infinity pool. One of the best vacations we've ever had. Highly recommended! Thanks to Christina and her family!

My stay at Francesca’s was perfect ! It’s a beautiful private setting. With the bikes we could reach the lake and visit nearby cities. Francesca was always reactive and kind with us ! 10/10 !!

I really liked our stay. You have basically your flat on the water feeling. We had our breakfast while we looked from all windows at water and ships. My child loved it. The balcony is small but still nice. If you come with a child there is no bed for child but a sofa to use the Mattress of it. It was a bit difficult for us to pull it out every day. The check in was good. Marcella’s friend had communicated with us. The flat was mainly clean. We had towels and also bedsheets ready. But better to bring yoir shampoo and toilet paper what is there is not enough. The place is on top of a restaurant which has a really good food. There is a cafe downstairs also. A nice local restaurant also near by. I found the city super clean and nice. Nights sth was loud if you keep windows open to the bar sides. We had just at the end one problem. We had to park for some mins with our small child in front the flat and the owner of restaurant wanted to call the police. The parking is 10 mins walk.

Our stay was from 12-19th May, 2025. We flew in to Verona and caught a train to Desenzano. To say that Anna was extremely helpful is a massive understatement! She went out of her way to help and advise us and even collected us from Desenzano Railway Station. The apartment was well equipped for cooking etc., but there were so many restaurants within a stone's throw away, that we never considered catering. As a matter of fact, the old town of Sirmione was empty of supermarkets. Turn left out of the entrance door of the apartment was a 1 minute walk to the lake, with shaded seating to sit and gaze at the passing boats. If you want to catch a ferry to explore other towns along the lakes coastline, a five minute walk takes you to the main jetty where you can buy tickets. The old town has very narrow streets, barely wide enough for a car. This seems to make the visitors more dense....just something to think about. All in all, a super well located apartment, which was extremely comfortable.

Perfekte Unterkunft für ein langes Golfwochenende. Ein Klasse Wohnung/Anlage mit herrlichem Pool. Holigarda steht bei Fragen 24/7 zur Verfügung. Ein- und auschecken waren äußerst flexibel zu bewerkstelligen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Check in war bei uns nach Rücksprache auch etwas früher möglich. Toller Aufenthalt - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable for me and my family, including our young children. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to our host Antonio – he was extremely responsive, kind, and always willing to help. He quickly fixed the air conditioning when we reported it, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. His hospitality made a big difference. Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Alles war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau so, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Besonders die Aussicht auf den See war einfach atemberaubend und ein echtes Highlight. Auch der Whirlpool war sehr schön mit Aussicht auf den See. Man merkt, dass sich der Gastgeber wirklich Mühe geben, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Ferien – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Auch die gesamte Wohnanlage mit dem Pool war ruhig, gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Giulia war eine fantastische Gastgeberin: immer schnell erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und mit tollen Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Zusammengefasst war es eine mega Unterkunft und wir hatten fast nicht auszusetzen. Matteo hat immer sofort geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige was uns ein bisschen gestört hat war die sehr steile Einfahrt (dies ist allerdings normal in einer Berg Region wie Italien). Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall an jeden weiter der gerne in Italien (in der Nähe von Salo) Urlaub machen will.

We had a truly amazing stay at this apartment! It was easy to find, and even though we arrived earlier than expected, we were still able to check in without any problem. Marianna and her husband were already waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Marianna took the time to show us everything in detail, including exactly where to park, which was incredibly helpful. She was extremely kind, super friendly, and always available if we had any questions. A big bonus was that we were allowed to use two bikes during our stay — such a great way to explore the area! Marianna also sent us fantastic recommendations on where to eat, what activities to do, the best beaches, supermarkets, and more — all conveniently sent via WhatsAp with direct links. We truly felt taken care of and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
