Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Manerba del Garda

We stayed at the property for a week. Everything was as in the photos and the description. The view from the terrace and the quiet location is beautiful. :-) The dogs had a lot of fun in the fenced garden. Many thanks to William for his availability and explanations.

I stayed with my mom in this beautiful apartment in a quiet and peaceful area. Having the parking space right outside your door is a great thing! The windows guarantee silence in the rooms, the amount of towels available and the water supply in the fridge were very much appreciated! We did not meet Michele or Luca, but we had excellent and immediate communication and we greatly appreciated their willingness to prepare two separate beds for us. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Vittoria’s beautiful villa, located in peaceful countryside, full of birdsong, about 20 minutes drive out of Verona. Her home is elegant, spotlessly clean, and everything is as described. We enjoyed a fabulous week there.

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Lovely place to stay!!!

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Fabrizio was very accommodating and helpful. He collected us from the ferry port and drove us up the hill with all our suitcases. He gave us lots of information and went over and above expectations. The view of Lake Garda was magnificent

We absolutely loved our stay in Lazise. The apartment and views were perfect. We sat on one balcony in the morning for breakfast and another for pre dinner nibbles. The apartment was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great week at this lovely apartment with our two kids, enjoying a wonderful breakfast every morning, a really beautiful pool and stunning scenery every day. Big recommendation!

I don't remember when we stayed in such a great Airbnb. The space is awesome. The view was fantastic, so you didn't want to leave the house at all. The place was very clean, everything was in very good condition, there was everything we needed. Federico gave us restaurant tips, which were also very helpful. Located in a small nice village with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment itself is very clean and functionally furnished, is upstairs on the third floor, but still easily accessible. Every evening a musician played in the neighboring restaurant, you have to like that, that didn't bother us, welcoming entertainment sitting on the balcony...You also have to know that there is no parking space to the apartment, but you can also find many (white marked) parking spaces in the vicinity outside the parking spaces indicated by Stefano, which are often free. We felt comfortable in the apartment, the communication with the host was very good.

Ely's apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped and strategically located to explore Lake Di Garda. It has covered parking and a beautiful pool overlooking the lake. It also provides 2 bicycles for use. In short, everything is excellent!! Thank you Ely for your kindness, we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was perfect for our stay at Lake Garda. Enough privacy for two couples, clean, well appointed, centrally located yet quiet. Sergio was a perfect host. It would have been easy to get lost, but he personally greeted us and helped navigate to the parking garage. We were celebrating my birthday and he and his wife thoughtfully got us flowers, local wine, and a delicious cake!! Highly recommend!!

Stefano was a great host. Very welcoming and helpful. Her welcoming gift was just perfect. Recommendations were spot on The apartment was lovely and the 4k cinema was welcome after a full on day to sit and relax. Would highly recommend and would stay again

We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

Very nice accommodation, perfect for a family with two children. Rich in different services and embellished with a huge swimming pool accessible for the whole day, complete with a pool dedicated to the little ones that in other realities would have been the only pool available. Excellent starting point for exploring the surroundings, extremely responsive, precise and punctual host. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean, the view was beautiful. Only the way from the lake to the apartment was difficult, it was about 20 minutes uphill. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view.

A fantastically beautiful new apartment with all the necessities. Roberto and Elena do everything they can to make you feel at home. The apartment is in a very nice enclosed resort. The area is when-mindly beautiful. We are very happy to have booked w***e. If we go to Lake Garda again, we will definitely come back here with great pleasure.

A wonderful stay at Erica and Marta’s Costant’s House in Sirmione! Very nicely appointed home with great air conditioning, kitchen; it’s very clean and new. We were greeted by Marta and her Mom upon our arrival and they walked us through all the ins and outs of the apartment. It is an extremely safe home with multi-door protection and automatic shade windows. Parking isn’t quite on-premises but in the street about 50m from the home in street parking spots. It’s possible that this could fill up in busy months, but in June 2025, we didn’t have any issue. We enjoyed walking less than a half a mile to nearby restaurants including Ristorante Bistrot Grill da Pier, which had excellent food and ambiance. It’s less than 10 minutes to walk to the Simione shuttle bus to the tourist area and cost €2/pp. Great place, exactly what we were looking for in Simione. Book this one early and enjoy!

Excellent, tidy, well-equipped and clean accommodation. Very collaborative host. Having a family car, we preferred to park nearby (2/3 minutes walk) but we had no difficulty parking.
