The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

Very cozy and clean. The place is very modern, it really felt like home away from home. Host was kind and staff were friendly and accommodating!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). Had a bad experience in the airbnb prior, canceled my stay and moved here. I'm very happy we moved here. athe accomodation was great, space clean. kitchen was very useful, bathroom a little small for me but no complains as the place was well kept, the bed was my favorite spot on the place. The bed and pillow were so comfortable I was assured a great sleep every night. Location was great, I would definitely come and stay again. Thank you!

The place was clean and well maintained. Jovel was really nice and was very accommodating to our requests. Check in/out process was hassle-free and it was also very easy to find the place.

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

I hope they keep their rates affordable, because this is easily the best we've booked within this price range in terms of aesthetics, amenities, cleanliness, comms, and overall experience. You can feel every detail was well thought of and executed by the owner/s. View: Larger corner unit with an uninterrupted view of the Mall of Asia complex. Shell Residences: Superb location, friendly staff, efficient elevators, garbage disposal and pest control. I say this because not all SMDC properties are well-maintained.

Generally, me and my friends really loved the place. We were able to stay there comfortably and it’s only a walking distance from SM MOA. There’s also stores, food stalls and restaurants under the same building so it’s pretty convenient. The only issue we had was the network signal as there were times when we’re losing data connection. The WiFi was also not working that well but we thought it’s fine since we never stayed that long in the unit the whole day and we’re constantly going out. Bottomline, everything was totally fine. The place is clean and we were able to use the kitchen especially. The guards in the building are very accommodating so checking in and out was smooth. The area also felt safer.

We were very happy with Nicole and the apartment. Definitely coming back!

Stayed for 2 weeks and felt so much at home and welcomed. Ma’am Tina and Kier were great hosts. Communications were great, both very responsive and would go out of their way to help. The place is exactly as described, it got all we need and also clean! We were also allowed to use the kitchen and do laundry on the main house. There were so many stores outside this listing like food stalls, coffee and tea pop-ups, water refilling station, pharmacy etc. Ma’am Tina would also send us food which I appreciate so much. I didn’t get to experience that before. Thanks so much Ma’am Tina, Kier and family for hosting us. Will definitely be back. I wish you all the best :)

I stayed at Ian’s place for almost three weeks, and I had a great experience. The location is very convenient—close to malls and restaurants, making it easy to get around. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was how responsive Ian was. He always replied quickly to my questions, which made everything smoother and more comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manila, and I’ll definitely book here again the next time I’m in the Philippines for vacation.
