It offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and a crib (120x60cm), a living area with a sofa bed for up to two people (140x200cm), a kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. Here, you can enjoy meals together, socialize, and relax. Prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen and invite friends, family, and colleagues to join you. Start your day with a delicious cappuccino from the Nespresso machine. Make yourselves comfortable on the sofa and watch the latest series together on the 55-inch smart TV. The dining area comfortably seats four. Perfect for families, friends, and business travelers who want to end the evening in good company. Through the bright hallway, you'll find the bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Make yourselves comfortable in the king-size bed and enjoy some downtime. Younger children will also find a cozy retreat in the crib (120x60cm). A sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living area is available for a third and fourth guest. The renovated bathroom offers a high level of comfort. In addition to the large shower, you'll find other amenities such as towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Newly renovated, cozy 2-room apartment in Neckarau

The 2-room apartment is equipped with everything (washing machine, Wi-Fi...) needed for a cozy stay. It is located on a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/Neckarau train station (7-minute walk).

Idyllic small apartment in a quiet location

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg).
