Lovely apartment in Ludwigshafen

Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

Feel like home in my cozy apartment. It's right downtown. Castle, university, train station, water tower, rose garden, museums, national theater, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It is just 70 meters to the university/castle. Paradeplatz, the most central point of downtown, you can reach after 350 meters. The train station is 800 meters. The apartment is equipped with a bed, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, smart TV, , Amazon Prime Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is partly furnished with antiques. It has a living-dining area with kitchenette; bedroom "1" with double bed, a pull-out sofa bed and TV and bedroom "2" with double bed. The beds are equipped with high-quality Röwa mattresses. Towels are provided for our guests. In the living area there is seating furniture, a TV and an antique secretary. The old building apartment has one bedroom with a bed and a sofa bed in the living room; and equipped with curtains. The kitchen is accessible via the living room and is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, and much more. In the living room there is a piano and a TV (Disney+ and online TV), which you can of course use. In Mannheim Schönau. The area is much quieter than Mannheim City. I felt really comfortable with Herrmann. Had my room with access to the shared balcony on the first floor, where the bathroom is located. In the spring, the blue rain is blooming. Bird chirping. Beautiful view into the wonderful garden. The shower had hot water. The other guests are rarely seen. At peak time possibly. In the kitchen there is everything. There were coffee pods but somehow I didn't find tea. Parking is good on site. The tram and bus are also right outside the door. I'd love to come back. Thank you. I highly recommend the place. All the best.

Harald is an amazing host.. Its one of the best house you will find in Mannheim.. Near to main station and all eateries and Supermarket. Absolutely stunning kitchen with all required things for cooking. I would highly recommend Harald's place in Mannheim. Apart from being a wonderful host, Harald is an amazing person..😊.. He also has a cute and friendly pet dog (Gizmo) .. I would personally rate Harald's place 10/10 and will be my obvious choice the next time i visit Mannheim 👍😊

Tobias' Airbnb is fabulous. 5 stars are not enough. The room is spacious, has daylight and shutters and is equipped with everything you need, even an iron would have been there. There was nothing missing and very comfortable beds and everything extremely clean and a large bathroom. I'd love to come back.
