Rainey St is a scenic one mile walk, downtown is 2-3 mi walk along the lake. The home is fully equipped including fast wifi at 300mbps up/down on 5g, 2 ms ping. East Austin location, conveniently near almost everything, yet is a quiet comfortable private home.

The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.
