La sua posizione strategica, a metà strada tra Venezia e Cortina d’Ampezzo, lo rende il posto ideale come base di partenza per entusiasmanti escursioni.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Le spiagge di Jesolo, Bibione, Caorle e le fantastiche Dolomiti sono raggiungibili facilmente. Conegliano, le cui colline sono patrimonio UNESCO, offre un antico centro storico, e la possibilità di degustare pietanze locali accompagnate da vini apprezzati in tutto il mondo.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Le Spezie farmhouse is located in the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The family farm grows Prosecco grapes and has an orchard and a wood. The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. There are games for children, swings and a charming wooden playhouse. Dogs, cats, chickens and a donkey.
