Holiday rentals with a patio in Marataízes

i recommend a great place for kids with playground and pool, clean and well ventilated house.

Great apartment, very spacious and well located. A peculiarity is that it is worth a visit to an art gallery, for keeping good pictures of various artists on the walls (at least during our stay). I recommend and will be among my alternatives for a possible return.

Second time I've stayed and everything was great. It was extremely clean when I arrived. Suellen is proactive and responded super fast on Whats. I had an unforeseen number of guests and Suellen understood, she helped me resolve it. Super recommended and I intend to return more often.

The cottage is charming, has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are very quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also easily accessible by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several options for leisure. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the hosted group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Very clean and equipped house. All environments are very pleasant. Very good barbecue area. Great for leisure days with the family. The host and his wife were very attentive and helpful.

Matheus was super attentive from the moment he was still in doubt about the reservation, a place identical to the announced photos, without taking it for anything. Super clean and well maintained environment, bed linens and bathrooms. My family and I felt at home! The place is easy access, surrounded by restaurants and snack bars, with markets a 3-minute walk away. It has a 3 minute walk beach as well, great for walking. The best known beaches of Marataízes are about 20 minutes by car, which was great for me because I was able to get to know it without problems. We stayed 4 days on a holiday weekend and everything was great, note 10! For sure if I return to Marataízes and region will be the first place I will look for to spend the period.

My stay was great, no questions to ask!! Safe, quiet place, market nearby, bakery nearby, Hortifruti nearby, butcher nearby... you can do everything on foot!! The house is great, as soon as I can, I'll be back!!

Our stay at Apê do Vitor exceeded expectations! Spacious, convenient and comfortable, perfectly accommodated 12 adults and one child. The location is excellent: in the calmer part of Praia do Morro, ideal for rest, but with easy access to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Vitor was attentive from start to finish, always helpful and ready to help, even after the trip, asking what the experience was like. The apê is well cared for, cleaned and had everything we needed. Everyone in the group was very pleased. We will indicate whenever possible and when I return to Guarapari, I already know where to stay!

The condominium is very quiet and with many leisure areas, very close to the beach. Very clean and organized house, it has everything we need to spend a few days . Viviane is very attentive and helpful. We love and recommend hosting.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
