House with a cool view of Valentine's Beach, facing the beach, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. I didn't like the double bed, too uncomfortable, I literally slept in a hole. The mattress was deep at the extremities, forming a hole, where it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is the best in Espirito Santo! For those with children, it is very safe, close to everything, with a supermarket in the condominium. You don't need a car for anything! Apartment with protective screens on all windows and on the balcony too! Very attentive host. I'll be back more often!

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to enter before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that it is about safety. Would recommend to others.

Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. All very clean, smells and neat. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

Your Ziro is extremely polite, responsible and communicative. Township took my doubts, helped everything I could, and it's very nice. Over the house, clean, smelling too much, all organized. It is a large and very airy house and the fact that it is at the top of where he lives does not get in the way of anything, there is a lot of privacy. It's near gorgeous beaches that aren't super crowded. There are no comments that define full quality. Super recommend and want to come back!!!

Gos liked the place, spacious, cozy and quiet, I got there and already had all the utensils, knives, microwaves, refrigerators and everything else, I ended up taking some things without having to, because I already had everything there kkkk. And in a matter of commerce, it has almost everything, close distributor, market, pharmacy etc.. pr The only point is the question of the walls being low in the barbecue area, and it turns out that you do not have much privacy, otherwise excellent, I will come back more often.

Apartment just like the photos, very cozy and a great space, it's just the house with the furniture so you'll have to take everything to me, it wasn't a problem, just the kitchen that had the basics as he had already said, but missing a rice drainer that would be very useful and some basic bowls also to use in the kitchen, the bathroom was organized but it was clear that the cleaning was not very up to date because the floor and the walls were a little greasy and darkening, but the space and the apartment is very cozy, we will definitely come back again because we liked it a lot, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy nearby.
