On the same street there are numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries and the tourist information office. Parking is NOT available at your doorstep, as it is a small side street. Costly parking garage, 300 m away. Great views of the Neckar from every floor. Completely renovated in November 2018. The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Loft-like attic with 2 sofa beds, 1 S-chair, double bed and workstation. Ludwigsburg city center is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Pets/children welcome:)

Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A bakery (max. 5 min walk) and also other shopping (DM, Kaufland, Lidl etc.). Feel at home. :-) Enjoy!
