The 37 m² one-room apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse in the village center of Marburg-Hermershausen and is accessible through the shared staircase. Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. A small supermarket is around the corner and you can walk to the upper town. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and there is a parking space. There is a fireplace for which firewood is provided. The apartment is freshly renovated and everything is clean. We are very family friendly and have nice neighbors. An additional €2 per guest per night must be paid in taxes.

There are numerous restaurants, cozy cafes, versatile shopping and much more in the area. The Oberstadt funicular is also nearby. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet at night. The terrace offers a beautiful view over Marburg and is free, without terraces above it.
