The special accommodation has a combined living room/bedroom with double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (120 x 190 cm), so that 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children can be accommodated. The kitchen with dining table for 4 people has a gas stove and is fully equipped. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower tub and a separate daylight toilet.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

You can reach the city center of Marburg and the main train station in about 10 minutes by car or comfortably by bus; the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away.

Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful trips to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.
