Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Very nice villa with a pool. Location on the side of the village is quiet, but still very close to the village center with grocery stores. The house was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures. Sun is shining to the pool whole day. Place is also quite close to Duga Uvala beaches, where you can find many small and clean beaches.

A very beautiful house ideal for 2 or 2+2 kids. It is in the middle of a large yard of olive trees, generating a calm mediterranean athmosphere. The evening sun shines golden into the trees of the forest that starts right behind the beautiful pool area, which was substantially larger than I expected. We spend a full very relaxing week there and even used the free mountain bikes to go to a closeby beach. The sauna area finishes it all off in perfection, just as did the greeting gifts of Prosecco and Dino‘s families own excellent olive oil. Such a nice stay, thank you!

Gordana was a very nice and great hostess :) I can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost directly on the marina, a 15-20 minute walk to beautiful beaches, by car or bike you can be there in a few minutes. Even my dog felt comfortable ;) Thanks for the nice days - and the homemade jam was delicious too. Gladly come back and highly recommended! :)

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Great place, very clean and well decorated The landlord is a very nice and helpful person, you can always come back to him. Checking in and out was very easy and pleasant. All around a nice stay. Can only recommend it.

Our stay at Kristina's was just perfect. We arrived as a couple with a dog and felt comfortable in the accommodation from the first second. The contact was easy and hassle-free and very hospitable! The apartment is tastefully furnished and the fenced garden is a beautiful retreat to end the evening with a glass of wine. It was a wonderful short break for us and we would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

We would absolutely recommend a stay in the Birdhouse of Branko! After friendly contact about the ETA, he was waiting for us at the communicated stop. He helped us carry some luggage and walked us to the accommodation. Once arrived there, the home was clean and cozy and the fridge was already filled by him since he would know that the shops were closed once we arrived. The view from the balcony can best be described as perfect. Branko is a really kind host who wanted us to feel home. We can confirm that it felt like home. 😌 Motovun was a bit quiet, but it was fine since we loved the serenity of the birdhouse. We will definitely recommend our friend to consider the Birdhouse when visiting Istria. We would also recommend to book at Miro Tartufi for truffle hunting!

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

5 stars across the board! The house is well equipped. We had everything we needed. The living area is really big. The beds were very comfortable and all three bedrooms have a separate bathroom with shower. The garden is also huge, which our children especially liked. It is particularly worth mentioning that the entire house was really clean! Right next door is a small playground and a paved, fenced sports field with football/handball goals and a basketball hoop. There is even a switchable lighting. Franko and Nensi were always easily accessible to us and immediately took care of all concerns. We were greeted super nicely with welcome snacks and drinks. In the location, everyone must be aware that you basically have to drive for excursions, restaurants and shopping, but that was not a problem for us. Thank you, Franko and Nensi, for letting us be your guests :-) It was a great vacation!

Nardi was by far the best host we've experienced in all our Airbnb experiences. He was incredibly friendly, reliable and immediately took care of all concerns. Once, when we asked him to remove a wasp nest, he not only came promptly, but also brought us something to eat, as he did on his second visit. A gesture that touched us deeply. We were particularly impressed by his willingness to help when a family with a child had to be admitted to the hospital at short notice – even here, Nardi offered his support. Just a great host! The accommodation itself is also highly recommended: very clean, tastefully furnished and with a beautiful view. Everything you need is available - and there are no unnecessary things around, which is especially ideal for families with small children. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Thank you for everything, dear Nardi!

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

We loved this place. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis, this is the place you should book. Looks exactly as it’s shown on the pictures. Beautiful and well equipped house for a relaxing vacation! Thank you Maja for being an amazing host!
