My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

We spent an unforgettable stay with Micaela and Roberto in this charming cottage surrounded by greenery, where time seems to slow down and every breath smells of nature. Me, my partner and our dog were greeted with warmth and kindness in an authentically hospitable atmosphere, which immediately made us feel at home. The silence of the place, interrupted only by the song of the birds and the rustling of the leaves, gave us a deep sense of peace. The garden, manicured but wild at the right point, was also a paradise for our dog, who was able to enjoy freedom and greenery safely. A special thought goes to the delicious homemade tart we found when we arrived: a simple gesture, but full of care, which encloses the soul of this place. Highly recommended, see you next time!

Cristiano's house is pleasant to live in, in a quiet environment. Everything had to be renovated recently. The description matches reality, the cleanliness is impeccable, the kitchen is well-equipped for everyday cooking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beautiful and large outdoor terrace offers a very beautiful view of the countryside with Mount Conero and the sea in the background. Private parking inside the property. In five minutes by car, you will find all the necessary shops. The first beaches are also a few minutes away. Good location of the house, whether you are looking for relaxation or to discover the surrounding villages and small fortified towns. The welcome and communication with our hosts were excellent. In short, we had a good stay and recommend this place.

The apartment of Livio and Vittoria is very tastefully and elegantly furnished, spacious and well equipped. The small kitchen is cozy and makes it possible to prepare full food. The surroundings are wonderful and invite you to beautiful excursions. The pool is pleasant and offers wonderful relaxation. We enjoyed it as a family with a dog.

We spent a week with friends in the accommodation and had a really great time! The cottage was very clean, well equipped and just as beautiful as in the photos. The location was ideal – quiet, but still everything was easily accessible. The short path to the house may look very bumpy at first glance, but it is definitely feasible. Andrea and Barbara welcomed us warmly with a gift. They were always super friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions or needed tips for the area. You immediately felt welcome! We highly recommend the place and would come back any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The cottage is cosy and well-kept. It’s located on top of a hill from where you can see the see and the wheat fields all around. Livia is a great host and gave us good recommendations. Definitely worth staying at if peace, quiet and nature are on your list.

We have visited Alessandro’s place as a group of 6 adults and 3 kids!! Place was very spacious and had a great outdoors seating space as well as ‘games’ room with ping pong table. Pool was great size good for swimming and entertainment. Villa surrounded by great views and it’s up in the heals so therefore much cooler which was amazing during the extreme heat in Italy. Alessandro thank you sooo much for fantastic time!! We will be back ❤️

Lovely place with a magnificent outdoor terrace and stunning views. We basically lived outside. Francesca and Ludovico are warm and generous people who will make you feel right at home. We loved our time there.

Paradise home in nature with everything you need, the pool is just one of the highlights of the house along with the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, as are the bathrooms. The garden is great for being together and going back up. Beautiful location in nature with plenty of places to swim in the river and various walking paths. Impeccable host always available and provided us with all the information we asked for or that could be useful.

Staying at this cottage was a wonderful experience! Beautiful view and Federica is a very kind person, really exquisite! The cottage is very easy to reach, the rooms are clean and there is everything you need to spend a few days relaxing... also beautiful the pool, the solarium area and the animals. Perfect place for those who have children or want to relax surrounded by nature!

Linda is a great hostess; house was not only sparkling clean, breakfast was already ready for the next day (including eggs from the chickens from her garden), the fireplace burned when we entered, so comfortably warm. Linda communicated well with us, thought about possibilities, was proactive, always responded quickly to our requests or questions for clarification or information. Linda has excellent information in the cottage with which you can discover the sights in the near and wide area: Really great! An excellent address if you want to visit Urbino and surroundings.

Great (short) stay. We had to leave early due to personal circumstances. We visited in October and Tina did mention there is no central heating. There are two fire stoves and the bedrooms have electric panels. We were not cold. It's a very rustic place, so be prepared to live close to nature :-) The view is extraordinaire. Quick, great communication with an extensive welcome guide. Thanks for the stay!
