Dependance Il Girasole is a 40 sqm two-room apartment consisting of a double bed, a TV , a fridge, a stove and an electric oven, with an underground salt pool and a wood-burning barbecue. The village of Sant'Ippolito a few minutes away offers everything you need: restaurants, bars, bakery, discount, bank.

Casale Monticchio - The Pigsties, up to 3 people

We created this 90sqm apartment from the old pigsties. Why they gave the pigs three beautiful south facing arched windows we still don’t know! The open-plan layout was designed to take into consideration wheel chair access as this is the only apartment on one level. The feeling is quite contemporary with one stone wall and the others being painted white. It is the most secluded of our apartments as it faces south onto the open fields toward Mercatello, where there is a nice bar run by Paola.

The newly renovated self catering apartments are spacious with a living space, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker with oven, fridge/freezer and coffee making facilities. Each apartment has a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The bedroom had a double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Outside seating area for drinks or breakfast. All areas around the property are freely available for your use.

At 5 minutes from 'E 45, 10' walking from the city center; not far from a large park, the railway station and the bus station. Just in front of the house a large free parking is avalaible, a toll parking is only 5 minutes away. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
