We stayed at Maria Teresa's accommodation for the long weekend at the end of October. The accommodation is just right for four people, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for getting around different villages and the house is also close to the center of Umbertide. The place is really quiet and pleasant. The welcome was excellent, warm and full of ideas on what to visit in the area.

I am very satisfied!!! Very cozy house with a spacious terrace that we used a lot. Ideal for children but also for our aperitifs and relaxing dinners. The house is in a great quiet location but at the same time a few steps from everything you need: beach, supermarkets, restaurants and clubs. The owner Mauro is a nice person, very helpful and handy. We definitely recommend him and we will be back

the house is in a very quiet, residential location, both indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and the location with respect to the sea is comfortable. The porch is very enjoyable and the garden is beautiful. The beach is just pebbles and the sea turns high right away. Supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible.

We really enjoyed the stay. The view is magnificent and the hosts are very helpful. We would definitely come back. The place was great for us two young parents with an 8 month old baby. Thank you for everything!

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. Monterubbiano is a pretty living village with merchants, close to many of the sights. The house is large, as described and the view from the deck and windows is simply superb . We stayed there for 15 days and we highly recommend this place and Kathryn, the owner, even accepted the presence of our small dog and cat without an eye. A big thank you to her too for sending us our forgotten house keys at her place! Les Marches is a region that really deserves to be explored!

Apartment with everything you need to spend a pleasant family holiday. The village where the apartment is very nice and clean and there is also a small playground near the house. Too bad some activities were closed during our stay but on the other hand there were entertainment on the weekends. From the apartment it is easy to reach by car the coast and cultural and tourist places in the area. Great food and wine.

The house is very spacious and well-kept, equipped with every necessary accessory. You can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Quality mattresses, you can rest very well! Quiet area, a spectacular terrace with sea view on one side and hills on the other. Monia, the owner, is very hospitable and available for every need and very good at preparing exquisite breakfast pastries.

Comfortable house in a quiet area, just 5 minutes by car from the center of Urbino. I appreciated the ease of parking in front of the apartment, especially for those who traveled often by car like us. I have never met Davide in person, but the communication was clear and the check-in really convenient and simple. Great value for money.

We stayed in Maria Rita's apartment for one night only but the hospitality was excellent. We found very clean, extremely tidy and well-equipped rooms, exactly as described. We don't rule out returning in the future, perhaps for a longer vacation. Absolutely recommended.

Great stay. Feliciano was very helpful and personally welcomed us. Spacious house fresh and clean with all the necessary comforts. Not to mention the garden that allowed us outdoor breakfasts and lunches. Very convenient direct access to the beach with very helpful staff and the presence of the pool useful when the sea is not accessible. What can we say, we'll definitely be back

Quiet apartment with a beautiful garden and beautiful views of Perugia. Very quiet location. Apartment is very clean and Laura very friendly and set up.

We spent the last days of 2024 and New Year's Eve here as three couples with three children. The house is super equipped and clean, great for a "large" group like ours. The view is spectacular and you can also see the tree illuminated at night, as well as a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Giuliano was helpful and very kind! Highly recommended!
