The apartment has been recently renovated, adding a contemporary touch while retaining its unique character. It is a really beautiful, cosy space. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely independent. The living/dining room has a lounge area around the fireplace with a sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a large table. The two bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are beautifully decorated and extremely quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep! Each bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. The independent toilet is located in the corridor. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional people (120 cm wide good quality mattress)

Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from where the fireworks from July 14 and August 15 are drawn each year.

Located close to the airport, the city of Bordeaux as well as on the discovery paths of Landes beaches and Aquitaine vineyards, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you throughout the year. We have converted 2 apartments on the first floor of our house. You will stay in a nice 2-room apartment, in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden. A separate entrance is via an external staircase dedicated to guests.
