Studio de 20m2 indépendant avec sa salle de bain et ses WC,pas de cuisine, mais il y a un micro onde, un petit réfrigérateur, une cafetière senséo et une bouilloire. Plancha à votre disposition dehors. Dans un environnement calme, proche des commodités. La piscine est partagée avec la propriétaires et non chauffée. A 30 min de la Dune du Pilat et des premières plages. La gare à 1km, vous pouvez rejoindre la gare de Bordeaux en 20 minutes ou bien la gare d' Arcachon en 20 minutes également.
