We had a great extended weekend with friends in this charming house. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the neighbors are lovely. The house is semi-detached (I don't think it was not specified in the listing) but it didn't bother us at all. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The hosts were really welcoming, very flexible from start to finish, and shared great recommendations, including the fishing port of Andernos, a must-see! Small thing to note: one of the bedrooms upstairs has a door that doesn't close properly and a bed that squeaks, it can be noisy. But other than that, everything was great. Thanks again for a lovely stay! We really enjoyed it. Looking forward to coming back to your beautiful area.

Beautiful house tucked away in quiet suburb, with easy access via tram or uber to the city centre. Great sized space to comfortably accommodate 8. Pool and open plan kitchen were a real luxury. Would highly recommend! Thanks Lucas

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Perfect house! Impeccable cleanliness, more equipped than necessary, there was everything, especially in the kitchen... a joy for the gourmets that we are! Great bedding. Very good baby equipment. Very quiet environment, the view of the vineyards from the kitchen is exotic. Very responsive host, an asset. In short, we will be happy to come back if we pass through the area again.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. Excellent stay in Audenge, close to Arcachon. The accommodation is superb, decorated with great taste and full of charm. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, always available when needed. I highly recommend this address for a peaceful and pleasant stay in the area!

Perfect accommodation for us who were looking for a quiet accommodation after the working days. Clean, functional and very good bedding. Everything was perfect. Saint-Médard's restaurants are 10-15 minutes' walk away, so it's also convenient. Thank you for hosting us!

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

We had a great week at Jean-Charles. The accommodation is very cozy and surrounded by greenery. Since we were looking for peace and quiet, we were in the right place. From there, you can quickly reach Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion by car. It is also only about 1 to 1.5 hours to the Atlantic, depending on traffic and destination. The contact with Jean-Charles was very friendly and helpful. We received many tips for excursions and restaurants. Thank you for everything. ☺️
