Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Very quiet neighborhood at the entrance to the village next to a 15th century chapel.

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Vous pourrez profiter de belles balades en vélo autour de la maison et du calme de notre petit hameau.
