Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. In the summer, the area is perfect for hiking. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Attic apartment almost entirely covered in antique wood and furnished in a traditional way, with a living area with a large sofa bed and smart TV, dining table, kitchen equipped with all the main appliances including oven and dishwasher. The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a beautiful breakfast, and the brand new private pine wood sauna.

This newly built flat is located near the town of Brixen. Let your gaze wander over the famous monastery, vineyards and the peaks of the Alps. You will find a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the garden or the roof terrace. Parking spaces are available. Public transport nearby. Stroll through the old town of Brixen. Explore hiking and cycling trails and the nearby ski areas.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and parking is available. At Hoferhof Gsies, relaxation begins as soon as you arrive through the Gsieser Tal. The tranquility and good air as well as a variety of leisure, sports and excursion opportunities make your vacation on the farm something very special in every season. Pets are only allowed on request out of consideration for our next guests.

Artemisia - The Dolomite's Essence

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Good Situated Appartement Dolomites | Kronplatz

The very spacious apartment offers an ideal starting point for various excursions in the Dolomites. The Pragser Wildsee is for example just around the corner. The center of Welsberg, the grocery store Coop, laundromat ,pizzeria ,coffee shop ,restaurant ,pharmacy ,bank,bike rental ,bus stop and train station are within walking distance in 5-10min.

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).

Design studio overlooking the Dolomites

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
