Village house, located in a quiet lane, parking in the peripheral streets free. With all the comforts for a small family. A few streets from all shops (Restaurants, Bakery ...) In the summer season, the municipal swimming pool and the Mini-Golf course are open. Not far from the most beautiful village in France 2021, Fresnay sur Sarthe, 15 minutes away, and the Alpes Mancelles, 30 minutes away, which offer magnificent visits. Circuit of the 24 hours of Le Mans at 30 minutes.

Charmante petite maison au cœur de la campagne sartoise, située à 5 mn de Beaumont sur Sarthe, alliant le charme de l'ancien avec ses poutres, ses pierres apparentes et sa cheminée, une décoration soignée et le confort moderne avec toutes ses commodités. The beds will be equipped (duvets and sheets with clean covers) before your arrival. At extra cost, bath and hand towels can be available for a fee of €5/person, payable upon arrival. 25 minutes from the Le Mans 24H circuit and 25 km from Saint Léonard des Bois. A28 motorway access within 10 minutes. Room for bike storage.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. P'tit Loft at the Farm 25 minutes from Le Mans

All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. You are very welcome! Well located, close to the A28 highway exit, between Le Mans and the Alpes Mancelles Park. Linens, cleaning included and farm visit if you wish. Breakfast included.
