Beach house holiday rentals in Margate

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. We had a great stay for a family holiday and loved it. Comfortable rooms and well equipped Airbnb. Only downside was part of the oven not working, but the host was very responsive when we had any problems. Thank you for a lovely weekend away.

This is our 2nd time in Margate & it was once again wonderful, Robert’s beach view made it even better this time! Robert & Fila was very responsive & always wanting to help us out. Look forward to returning again soon! Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Jacqui's place is a hidden gem, the photos don't do it justice. Plenty of space for our group, and a very well equipped place for us to relax and cook. Beautiful views of the sea, super easy check-in and a very lovely host - highly recommend!

Booked this for my Husbands 70th. 5 couples so, having a bedroom with en-suite for everyone was a real find. The location was superb, everything in walking distance. Sally provided recommendations for a dinner on the Saturday evening. We went to the Royal Hotel (across the road). It was a perfect w/e and the weather helped. We had sea views and right on the front. Cinema room in the basement was fab and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks Sally

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

An outstanding place to stay, right by the harbour, loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee watching the boats come and go and watching the world go by. A short walk down into Ramsgate itself. The pool table room was a hit, my nephew went in there and never came out, he loved it. The whole place was exceptional, absolutely fantastic.

Great location, overlooking the water. Very walkable to many restaurants and pubs. Reasonable walk from train station. Loved it!

This was our second visit to Margate and we loved staying in this property! Right behind the Shell Grotto and tucked onto a private road that's nice and quiet, with a lovely back garden. It's a 15 minute walk into Old Town and a short walk to a fabulous cafe (Oast!). Wendy was incredibly responsive and kind, offering a list of kid friendly things to do, and was flexible with our check in and out times/process which was crucial for the kids! We would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful place to stay for a weekend away in Hastings! Easy walk to the old town (20 mins) with great views if you go up to West Hill. Right next to Alexandra Park as well - Perfect for a Sunday morning walk. The place was spotless, very comfy bed and Rachel was more than helpful answering any questions / giving us recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again :) Thanks Rachel xx

Maria's place was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location and very handy having the parking space so close. Would recommend.

A really nice house, beautifully presented with all appliances, utensils etc that you could need. The hot tub was also very clean and well maintained. The location is great with Clacton just a short drive and nearby walks also close by. Ryan and Gemma communicated very well. When we had a power cut, Gemma made contact quickly to advise the location of emergency torches. I would definitely recommend.

3friends stayed in the house as going to a party at the golf club which was very near. It was all very nice and Kay was most helpful. We were close to the beach and all very nice and thank you Kay. Would highly recommend this property. Lin.

We had a lovely weekend at Emma’s place. Very easy to find, very comfortable and in a great location.

This was the perfect place for a family get together with plenty of space across 3 floors for all 8 of us with ages ranging from 3 to 84! It was so relaxing! Comfortable beds for all of us, including our preferred option of twin beds for the kids instead of a bunk bed which you get in most places. Everything you could possibly need for your stay and all very well signposted to make life easy. Ruth was a lovely host, giving lots of recommendations and very responsive. Deal itself is charming and our Sunday Roast in the Kings Head - as suggested by Ruth - was especially lovely. I thoroughly recommend staying here!

Great location for attending a wedding at Villiers Barn. House is really well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Gemma was really responsive prior to our stay and provided lots of useful information re the local area, places to eat etc. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us, particularly our 5 year old grandson!

A lovely charming house, extremely well thought for a rental, premium service in all bedrooms. The four bedrooms allow to have 2 families comfortably installed. Would definitely recommend

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! We had a fantastic stay at Amelia’s place, the location is ideal for exploring, especially given the proximity to the beach with kids. The house is spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly reccomended.
