3-day stay at Christopher's place. Functional, clean and quiet apartment. Location. The beach is nearby as well as essential shops. Many activities are available close to the accommodation. I would recommend this place 100%

Lovely spacious and very well equipped first floor apartment- easy allocated parking just below balcony. We loved staying there and the host was wonderful!

The location of the apartment is really great! 2 steps from the Calais d**e with many restaurants nearby. The bedding was super comfortable and the whole apartment was great. Very good place for a little time close to the sea!

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel lush. It’s the perfect romantic get away, the cabin/hot tub area was very private and decorated in a romantic fashion, service was great and would deffo visit again.

Deborah's place was great! Very clean and tidy and was really homely. The bed was super comfortable, and already set up TV and netflix made it super easy to relax and have some down time. Very close to town so was able to walk to whatever we needed and some really nice restaurants and other things to do. Overall really happy and would stay again and definitely recommend. 👍

Our experience at Janet's place has been lovely. The flat was just perfect, including everything that is needed. Very short walking distance from the railway station, Gillingham highstreet and 30 driving min to Leeds Castle. Communication was quick, clear and so polite. We would highly recommend Janet's place. A spacious and quiet garden suite with huge bathroom, separate dining area opening onto a private patio, and private off-road parking — perfect for our too-short stay in Deal. We slept well — the bed is supremely comfortable — and woke to a fabulous breakfast of Eggs Florentine, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Juliette was a warm and welcoming host and has obviously put a lot of thought into providing the many small touches that transform a stay into such a stellar experience. Thank you!!!

We stayed in the apartment for several weeks and we felt right at home there. Nicely decorated, a sunny and spacious living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a good bed. Central and quiet location, within walking distance of the sea and the city. I definitely recommend this apartment, for a short but also for a longer stay. Smooth and very friendly communication. Edwards place was clean and tidy and as we had the grandchildren for a few days this was ideal as a base to go to the beaches and then the club house and swimming pool to keep them occupied at other times was a bonus had a nice stay thanks Ed

Our stay in Calais was very pleasant. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The accommodation was clean and offered enough space for our travel group with three bedrooms. Free parking was available directly in front of the house or in the quiet side street. The kitchen was fully equipped and left nothing to be desired. Communication with the host and her representative was always friendly and uncomplicated. We would come back back.

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Can’t fault this lovely house. For what we wanted it was perfect, good location, very clean, well equipped and gorgeous views. Great communication when I had a problem with the key (my fault entirely!). We would love to stay again. A slightly later check out would be nice but can’t complain. However following checkout the constant emails and texts from Air BnB to leave a review is just irritating. I’m more than happy to leave a review but I feel like I’ve been bombarded!

I have stayed in L’Escalles Hotel before some years ago, on this occasion for my 70th Birthday we decided to stay in one of the nicely appointed gites in the grounds of the hotel. The property is very spacious, sleeping 8 people( we were 4 adults and 3 children) and it has 3 bathrooms and its own relaxing garden space. There is a wonderful swimming pool which is indoors with a hot tub, sauna and spa at which you can enjoy various treatments. We enjoyed the outside bar where I bought ice creams for my grandchildren! The staff were most welcoming and helpful and they left apple juice for the children’s well as wine for the adults. Our grandchildren enjoyed going to reception with Granddad to collect the freshly baked bread ordered the previous day. Thank you Jean-Francois and all your family for a lovely stay we will come back again.
