You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

My nest is a high-quality furnished apartment. The way to the 2nd floor is rewarded with a stunning view of the vineyards and the Main Valley. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the living area, in the evening the floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to watch the lights of the night. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house with access via the shared staircase. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms & a bathroom.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Or you can spend the day at Lake Erlabunn, which is perfectly within walking distance (950 meters) and return in the evening to one of the numerous hedgerow inns in the village. With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

We offer a total of 4 rooms. 2 rooms with accommodation for up to 4 people, ideal for families with children, and 2 rooms with accommodation for 2 people each. All rooms have a private bathroom. Furthermore, the house offers a fully equipped shared kitchen and dining area for up to 12 people for our guests.

Living on the Main 1a-ammain

The house is just a few meters away from the Main and is completely at your disposal. Direct access to the Main Valley Cycle Path to Würzburg (8 km). Bicycles can be parked and charged in the dry in the barn. Free parking places to be found on the street in front of the house. The pedestrian bridge to Veitshöchheim is 500 meters away.
