The building has undergone "ecobonus 110%" works and has therefore been totally renovated. Apartment with new modern furnishings, equipped with everything (in particular two new Mitsubishi air conditioners: in the living room and in the bedroom), with covered condominium parking and very close to the train station and the highway entrance, a short walk from the center and along a beautiful Corso... on which it is located...! We really enjoyed our stay! We traveled together with our dog so the fenced yard was amazing! We could hang out in the whirlpool while our dog was sunbathing. The house itself had everything we needed and was always nice and cool if it got too hot outside in the sun. The area is very quiet and great to calm down and relax after visiting the cities nearby (Pisa, Florence etc.). Paola and her husband were great and really helpful - they even brought us a lunch package for our way home with great bread! We highly recommend this place if you want to explore northern Tuscany!

There were two of us in the accommodation and we felt very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom is working perfectly. The Internet connection via WiFi also worked very well and was much better and faster compared to some hotels we have been to. Everything you need was also available in the kitchen. We didn't cook there ourselves, as there are many good restaurants in Montecatini. But we always used the kitchen for breakfast and the fridge was also relatively large with a separate freezer compartment. The bathroom and toilet are relatively small, but completely sufficient and very clean. The TV in the living room also works perfectly and you could pair it with Netflix, via the satellite receiver, but only Italian channels could be received, which was not a problem for us. From our point of view, we highly recommend the accommodation. We would book the accommodation again if necessary.

Spacious, renovated apartment in the centre

My husband and son stayed in this wonderful apartment because I was renovating my home and then moving to the beautiful town of Montecatini thermal baths, the apartment is brand new, comfortable warm, beautiful with all the comforts,very close to the center,nothing to add. We had a great time. Irina is very kind and helpful, Marcel is a very helpful person, very professional and friendly. I recommend it.
