Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

Everything was as described. Rooms were spacious and the common room was brilliant. What would need an update are the outdoor seating. 😅

Very friendly host and a great place to stay. Great for short trips and hiking trips. The accommodation is a great mix of modern and old building. We highly recommend the place.

I had some very relaxing days in the green cottage. The place is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

Absolutely great place! If you want to stay in the middle of the forest and have a rest from the world, this is what you need 🥰

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! Everything was clean and very cozy, there were many activities for children and you really felt like you were visiting someone you knew. At the beginning of the check-in, there was a small challenge, but it was immediately clarified. We found Petr to be very, very helpful and generous. The apartment is ideally situated. We felt safe in the fenced area. The cleanliness in the building was strikingly positive - especially in the wellness area. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary and seemed very spacious. Sufficient storage space through chests of drawers and cupboards made it very inviting. Happy to come back! Recommendation goes out.

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

We had a lovely time in the house. Everything is there and very clean.  Hot tub, sauna, table tennis, billiards, darts, etc are ideal for a great stay. They are friendly landlords who respond to the wishes of the guests. To plan the room occupancy, it may be said that 2 rooms are through rooms (you have to go through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom), which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house with spacious garden which is great for children. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything! It was especially nice that wood was provided for the small stove. Very cozy!

We stayed for two nights with a dog, in a room on the ground floor. And I want to say that we were completely satisfied, although sometimes we are picky about the property. Everything was great here. We really liked the bedding and the wide beds. The hosts left us gifts and it was very nice. We were also allowed to use the barbecue for free and given firewood. The yard is closed and, with the permission of the hosts, we sometimes let the dog walk there. I will also add that the village is very beautiful and it's nice to walk there.

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have already been there a second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There is nothing missing here. The children enjoyed playing with the available toys and cuddly toys. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything is great, 100% recommendation.

Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

The accommodation and also the landlady were exactly as you would like. Julie was always available and also more than helpful. The translation of the description of the accommodation was a bit difficult to understand, but she also took care of it immediately and showed me the way. On the day of departure, I had problems with my car and she was immediately there and offered me her help. I would be happy to come back.

we had a quick overnight stay in Pilsen. host was quick to respond, the place was clean and in a quiet location, but still very close to the city centre. we stayed with our dog which wasn't a problem for Marek. Pilsen is beautiful.

We had a great time and enjoyed the peace and nature in the surroundings of the tiny house very much! Annette is a very friendly and accommodating host. Thank you for having us the experience. 😊
