The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i dette rolige og afslappede sommerhus. Helt nyrenoveret i 2022. Helt ugeneret baghave med plads til leg,hygge og vildmarksbad. Når du parkerer bilen kan du kigge ned af den lille sti til stranden. En af de bedste strande med kun 60 meters gang fra boligens grund. Helt unik beliggenhed. Marienlyst by ligger kort køre afstand hvor der er supermarkeder, restauranter, minigolf, og den bedste isbutik. Det er privat hus, så der er rent og pænt, men ikke hotelstandard 😊.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Dejligt stort sommerhus udlejes på Marielyst. Huset ligger tæt på by og strand. Der er 142 m2, med 9 sovepladser fordelt på 4 værelser. 2 badeværelser. Dejlig have med træterrasse og havemøbler. Huset opvarmes med varmepumpe og brændeovn. Huset bruges også privat, og der er derfor et værelse som er lukket af, da det bruges til opbevaring af private ting. Vi ønsker ikke at leje ud til ungdomsgrupper.

Cozy double alcove, best suited for children. Private entrance to the apartment from the street. Approximately 50 meters from the harbor. It all oozes authentic townhouse romance.
